【摘要】：本文以20余家國有和民營企業(yè)中256對(duì)管理者和下屬員工為被試,開展對(duì)偶研究,采用信度分析、相關(guān)分析、驗(yàn)證性因素分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程建模等方法,在對(duì)中國式變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、交易型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和家長式領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為進(jìn)行比較和研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了三種領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為的特性及其在我國企業(yè)的表現(xiàn)和適用性,獲得了具有我國文化特色的獨(dú)特維度,即德行維度,并提出和檢驗(yàn)了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為通過組織公平和信任對(duì)員工工作態(tài)度和行為產(chǎn)生影響的作用機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 256 pairs of managers and subordinates in more than 20 state-owned and private enterprises were chosen as subjects, and the dual research was carried out, and the methods of reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used in the research. On the basis of comparison and research between transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership behavior, this paper analyzes the characteristics of three kinds of leadership behaviors and their performance and applicability in Chinese enterprises, and obtains a unique dimension with Chinese cultural characteristics, namely the dimension of virtue and conduct. The paper also puts forward and tests the mechanism that leadership behavior influences employee's work attitude and behavior through organizational fairness and trust.
