【摘要】：正在支部班子工作中常常存在這樣一種現(xiàn)象:有些副職對(duì)正職作出的決議或工作安排不論正確與否,不假思索,一律照辦�；蛘呙髦氂械臎Q策不切合實(shí)際卻不提意見(jiàn),聽(tīng)之任之,甚至對(duì)正職的錯(cuò)誤乃至違法行為,也一味遷就。副職成了名副其實(shí)的"附職"。副職成為"附職"的原因很多,但主要還是封建殘余的人身依附意識(shí)作怪。有些支部班子正職家長(zhǎng)制作風(fēng)嚴(yán)重,搞"一言堂",什么事都要自己說(shuō)了算,副職只有"干活"、"跑腿"的份,沒(méi)有監(jiān)督、制約的權(quán)力。少數(shù)副職本身政治素質(zhì)較低,
[Abstract]:There is often a phenomenon in the work of the branch team that some deputies make resolutions or work arrangements for the main post, regardless of whether they are correct or not. Or know that some decisions are not practical, but do not give advice, let them, or even to the official position of the wrong or even illegal behavior. Deputy posts have become "auxiliary posts". Deputy posts have become "attached posts" for many reasons, but mainly because of the vestiges of feudal personal attachment consciousness. Some branch groups have a serious style of work in the patriarchal and patriarchal system. To make "arbitrariness", we must make our own decisions on everything. Deputy posts have only "work", "errands", no supervision and no power of restraint. A small number of deputy posts are of relatively low political quality.
