【摘要】：隨著我國經濟的迅速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)產業(yè)正逐步向文化產業(yè)邁進,資源聚集、產業(yè)融合是行業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢。樂視網是文化產業(yè)和互聯(lián)網的結合,創(chuàng)意和科技的緊密融合促使其近幾年一直走在行業(yè)前端。樂視網打造出全產業(yè)鏈生態(tài)系統(tǒng),引起全行業(yè)效仿學習。但樂視近兩年頻繁曝出各種問題,令投資人和用戶擔憂且迷惑。文章從財務角度出發(fā),采用EVA模型評估公司價值,分析樂視網2010年至2015年六年間的財務數(shù)據(jù),基于樂視的全產業(yè)鏈生態(tài)系統(tǒng),為樂視未來的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出切實可行的建議,同時探討生態(tài)系統(tǒng)在全行業(yè)的普適性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the traditional industry is gradually moving towards the cultural industry. The integration of resources and industry is the trend of industry development. Letv net is the combination of cultural industry and Internet. The close integration of creativity and technology has led it to the front end of the industry in recent years. Letv has created an ecosystem of the entire industrial chain, which has caused the whole industry to follow the example of learning. But Letv has frequently exposed various problems in the past two years. From the financial point of view, this paper uses EVA model to evaluate the value of the company, analyzes the financial data of Letv from 2010 to 2015, and analyzes the whole industry chain ecosystem based on Letv. This paper puts forward some practical suggestions for Letv's sustainable development in the future and discusses the universality of ecosystem in the whole industry.
