企業(yè)生態(tài)圈戰(zhàn)略選擇與生態(tài)優(yōu)勢構(gòu)建

【摘要】:在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下,越來越多的企業(yè)通過生態(tài)圈戰(zhàn)略實現(xiàn)了轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,在無邊界發(fā)展趨勢、去中介化改革、消費者個性化等挑戰(zhàn)下逆勢而生,獲取新的競爭優(yōu)勢。以樂視為案例對象,旨在探索企業(yè)生態(tài)圈戰(zhàn)略的實現(xiàn)機(jī)理和生態(tài)優(yōu)勢的來源及其風(fēng)險。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代背景下,企業(yè)實施生態(tài)圈戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)鍵在于對大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算等互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的運用,實現(xiàn)看似無關(guān)的不同業(yè)務(wù)間的協(xié)同效應(yīng),幫助企業(yè)在降低成本的同時提供差異化的產(chǎn)品,最終構(gòu)建生態(tài)優(yōu)勢。企業(yè)生態(tài)優(yōu)勢的構(gòu)建并非一蹴而就,需要基于消費場景而非產(chǎn)品定義產(chǎn)業(yè)邊界,在特定產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)打造垂直閉合產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,夯實生態(tài)圈基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,構(gòu)建開放共享平臺,進(jìn)而形成多產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同的生態(tài)圈,逐步培育起不同于傳統(tǒng)核心競爭力的生態(tài)優(yōu)勢。當(dāng)然,生態(tài)圈戰(zhàn)略的實施需要考慮多重風(fēng)險,尤其是業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同風(fēng)險和資金風(fēng)險。研究成果拓展了企業(yè)生態(tài)圈戰(zhàn)略和競爭優(yōu)勢相關(guān)理論,亦對企業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)型和生態(tài)圈構(gòu)建具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the Internet economy, more and more enterprises have realized the transformation and development through the ecosphere strategy. Under the challenges of no boundary development trend, disintermediation reform, consumer personalization and so on, more and more enterprises have emerged against the trend. In order to explore the realization mechanism, the origin and the risk of the ecosphere strategy of the enterprise, the paper finds out: under the background of the Internet era, the new competitive advantage is obtained. The key for enterprises to implement ecosphere strategy lies in the use of Internet technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and so on, to realize the synergistic effect between seemingly unrelated different businesses, and to help enterprises to provide differentiated products while reducing costs. The construction of enterprise ecological advantage is not accomplished overnight. It needs to build a vertical closed industrial chain in a specific industry and consolidate the infrastructure of the ecological circle based on the consumption scenario rather than the product definition of the industrial boundary. Building an open and shared platform, thus forming an ecological circle of multi-industry cooperation, gradually cultivates ecological advantages that are different from traditional core competitiveness. Of course, the implementation of the ecosphere strategy requires consideration of multiple risks. Especially the business collaboration risk and the capital risk. The research results expand the enterprise ecosphere strategy and the competitive advantage related theory, and also have the guiding significance to the enterprise Internet transformation and the ecological circle construction.
