【摘要】：我國高等教育事業(yè)的高速發(fā)展，需要與之相適應的高校管理現(xiàn)代化和信息化。高校學生管理工作是高校管理工作的核心工作，提高高校學生管理工作的信息化水平，是學生管理工作發(fā)展的必然要求。 本論文的研究課題是根據(jù)當前西南交通大學峨眉校區(qū)各部門、院(系)已經(jīng)存在的各種管理信息系統(tǒng)的情況和學生管理工作的實際需要，提出了以現(xiàn)有教務管理信息系統(tǒng)、學生助貸管理信息系統(tǒng)等業(yè)務管理信息系統(tǒng)為基本數(shù)據(jù)源，以高校學生綜合信息管理和查詢?yōu)槟繕耍韵到y(tǒng)集成和數(shù)據(jù)集成為主要研究內(nèi)容的指導思想。 在此基礎上，論文在全面分析各業(yè)務職能部門管理信息系統(tǒng)的基礎上，深入分析了學生綜合管理信息系統(tǒng)的功能需求、數(shù)據(jù)需求、與各業(yè)務管理信息系統(tǒng)的關系，建立了系統(tǒng)集成模型，準確描述了本系統(tǒng)與各業(yè)務管理信息系統(tǒng)之間的關系，明確了本系統(tǒng)需要從哪些系統(tǒng)獲取什么信息，以滿足綜合信息服務的需要；建立了系統(tǒng)功能模型，準確描述了學生綜合管理信息系統(tǒng)的功能需求，并運用UML工具通過用例模型、類與對象模型對系統(tǒng)功能模型進行了詳細描述；建立了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)模型，詳細描述了數(shù)據(jù)集成性、數(shù)據(jù)綜合性、數(shù)據(jù)來源和數(shù)據(jù)存儲等特性；建立了系統(tǒng)分布模型和系統(tǒng)部署模型，充分考慮了用戶角色的特點、系統(tǒng)安全等因素，，充分體現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的以人為本的思想。 論文還深入討論了系統(tǒng)設計策略，提出了以分布數(shù)據(jù)體系作為系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)組織的實現(xiàn)方案，以及系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)。深入討論了系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的技術方案選擇，提出以組件技術為系統(tǒng)的關鍵技術。深入討論了系統(tǒng)安全問題，提出了以角色管理作為安全管理的主要解決方案；論文還對系統(tǒng)的界面設計和其它實現(xiàn)技術進行了詳細討論。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of higher education in China requires the modernization and information of university management, which is the core of university management, and improves the information level of university student management. It is an inevitable requirement for the development of student management. The research topic of this paper is according to the existing situation of various management information systems in Emei campus of Southwest Jiaotong University and the actual needs of students' management work, it puts forward the existing educational administration management information system. The business management information system, such as student loan management information system, is the basic data source. It aims at the comprehensive information management and query of college students, and takes system integration and data integration as the main research contents. On this basis, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the management information system of each business functional department, the paper deeply analyzes the functional requirements, data requirements, and the relationship between the student integrated management information system and the business management information system. The system integration model is established, the relationship between the system and the business management information system is described accurately, and the system needs to obtain what information from which system to meet the needs of the integrated information service, and the system function model is established. The functional requirements of student integrated management information system are described accurately, and the function model of the system is described in detail by use case model, class and object model with UML tool, and the system data model is established, and the data integration is described in detail. The characteristics of data synthesis, data source and data storage, system distribution model and system deployment model are established, which fully take into account the characteristics of user role, system security and other factors, fully reflect the people-oriented thinking of the system. The paper also discusses the system design strategy, puts forward the realization scheme of the distributed data system as the system data organization, and the system architecture, and discusses the technical scheme selection of the system implementation. This paper puts forward the key technology of the system based on component technology, discusses the security problem of the system, and puts forward the main solution of the security management based on the role management, and discusses in detail the interface design and other implementation techniques of the system.
