【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力的不斷增強(qiáng),越來(lái)越多的大型體育賽事、展會(huì)等世界性的盛世活動(dòng)開始在我國(guó)舉行,2011年8月12日到22日在深圳舉辦的第26屆世界大學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)是素有“小奧運(yùn)會(huì)”之稱的世界大學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)舉辦以來(lái),規(guī)模最大、參與國(guó)家最多、參賽人數(shù)最多的一屆。大運(yùn)場(chǎng)館共計(jì)80個(gè),分布于福田、龍崗、寶安等區(qū)域,其中53個(gè)比賽場(chǎng)館、21個(gè)訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)館、大運(yùn)中心、酒店、廣播電視新聞中心等6個(gè)相關(guān)配套設(shè)施,可容納40.7萬(wàn)個(gè)觀眾同時(shí)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀看各項(xiàng)賽事。深灣體育中心體育場(chǎng)為大運(yùn)會(huì)開幕式場(chǎng)地,龍崗大運(yùn)中心主體場(chǎng)為閉幕場(chǎng)地。 “信息大運(yùn)”作為本屆世界大學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)亮點(diǎn)之一,其中移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)保障項(xiàng)目起到了至關(guān)重要的作用,而對(duì)于這種以風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控為核心的通信保障項(xiàng)目,在其整個(gè)項(xiàng)目生命周期和項(xiàng)目管理各領(lǐng)域內(nèi)容中,項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是其中最重要的一環(huán)。 本文以大運(yùn)會(huì)移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)保障項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用了項(xiàng)目管理理論中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的分析方法和工作策略,形成一套行之有效的大型慶典活動(dòng)移動(dòng)通信保障項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)策略和管理辦法,為今后類似的大型賽事、慶典活動(dòng)的移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)保障工作提供有效的解決方案和可供借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing overall national strength of our country, more and more large-scale sports events, Exhibitions and other world events began to be held in China. The 26th World Universiade, held in Shenzhen from August 12th 2011 to 22nd, has been the largest since the World Universiade, known as the "Little Olympic Games," was held. The largest number of participants in the country and the largest number of participants. The total number of Grand Games venues is 80, distributed in Futian, Longgang, Baoan and other regions, including 53 competition venues, 21 training venues, Grand Games Center, Hotel, etc. The radio and television news center and other related facilities can accommodate 407,000 spectators and watch all kinds of events at the same time. Deep Bay Sports Center Stadium is the opening venue of the Universiade and the main body venue of Longgang Universiade Center is the closing venue. As one of the highlights of the World Universiade, the Mobile Communication Network Security Project plays a vital role, and for this kind of communication security project with risk management and control as the core, Project risk management is the most important part in the whole project life cycle and project management field. This paper takes the risk management of the mobile communication network guarantee project of the Universiade as the research object, and applies the analysis method and the working strategy of the risk management in the project management theory. To form a set of effective strategies and management methods to deal with the risks of mobile communication guarantee projects for large-scale celebration events in the future for similar large-scale events in the future, The celebration provides effective solutions and lessons for mobile communication network support.
