【摘要】：隨著全球的經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程加劇,離岸軟件外包已經(jīng)逐漸成為軟件業(yè)發(fā)展的新方向。國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)為了降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,將自己的非核心業(yè)務(wù)剝離,用外包的形式進(jìn)行非核心業(yè)務(wù)的運(yùn)作,更加快了離岸軟件開(kāi)發(fā)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展速度。離岸軟件開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)使得其管理更具有難度。運(yùn)用管理模式是確保項(xiàng)目管理效果的一種有效手段,因此本文將以管理模式為對(duì)象,研究其在離岸軟件開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目中的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文首先介紹離岸軟件開(kāi)發(fā)研究的背景與意義,以及離岸軟件開(kāi)發(fā)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。隨后從項(xiàng)目管理理論、項(xiàng)目管理工具、溝通三個(gè)角度進(jìn)行相關(guān)技術(shù)研究,探討了其使用意義以及適用性和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。在相關(guān)技術(shù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以一個(gè)真實(shí)的離岸軟件開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目為實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目,從人員、項(xiàng)目管理工具、溝通三大方面對(duì)離岸軟件開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目管理需求以及項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,確定了實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目管理需求和項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)。在研究和論述的同時(shí),本文結(jié)合了工作中的一些實(shí)際情況,以實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目為對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)并在實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目中運(yùn)用了該管理模式。從人員配置、項(xiàng)目管理工具的使用、溝通三個(gè)方向出發(fā),提出了具體的管理手段和管理方法。通過(guò)在實(shí)踐中的運(yùn)用情況以及發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,研究和分析了該管理模式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并針對(duì)問(wèn)題運(yùn)用創(chuàng)新和績(jī)效考核的手段,對(duì)管理模式做了進(jìn)一步的改進(jìn)與完善。最后,根據(jù)實(shí)踐結(jié)果,對(duì)離岸軟件開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理模式的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)踐運(yùn)用做出了評(píng)價(jià)與總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of global economic integration, offshore software outsourcing has gradually become a new direction of software industry development. In order to reduce operating costs, enterprises at home and abroad will peel off their non-core business. The operation of non-core business is conducted in the form of outsourcing. The development speed of offshore software development market is faster. The characteristics of offshore software development project make its management more difficult. The application of management mode is an effective means to ensure the project management effect. Therefore, this paper will take the management mode as the object, study its design and implementation in the offshore software development project. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the offshore software development research. And the development of offshore software development at home and abroad. Then from the project management theory, project management tools, communication three aspects of related technical research. On the basis of relevant technical research, a real offshore software development project as a practical project, from the personnel, project management tools. This paper analyzes the project management requirements and project characteristics of offshore software development projects from three aspects of communication, and determines the project management requirements and project characteristics of practical projects at the same time of research and discussion. This paper combines some practical situations in the work, and designs and applies the management model in the practical project. It starts from three directions: staffing, the use of project management tools, and communication. Put forward the specific management means and management methods. Through the application of the situation in practice and found problems, research and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the management model, and the use of innovation and performance appraisal methods to solve the problems. Finally, according to the practical results, the design and application of offshore software development project management model are evaluated and summarized.
