離岸開發(fā)項目的管理模式設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著全球的經(jīng)濟一體化進程加劇,離岸軟件外包已經(jīng)逐漸成為軟件業(yè)發(fā)展的新方向。國內(nèi)外企業(yè)為了降低運營成本,將自己的非核心業(yè)務剝離,用外包的形式進行非核心業(yè)務的運作,更加快了離岸軟件開發(fā)市場的發(fā)展速度。離岸軟件開發(fā)項目的特點使得其管理更具有難度。運用管理模式是確保項目管理效果的一種有效手段,因此本文將以管理模式為對象,研究其在離岸軟件開發(fā)項目中的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。本文首先介紹離岸軟件開發(fā)研究的背景與意義,以及離岸軟件開發(fā)在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。隨后從項目管理理論、項目管理工具、溝通三個角度進行相關(guān)技術(shù)研究,探討了其使用意義以及適用性和優(yōu)缺點。在相關(guān)技術(shù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以一個真實的離岸軟件開發(fā)項目為實踐項目,從人員、項目管理工具、溝通三大方面對離岸軟件開發(fā)項目的項目管理需求以及項目特點進行分析,確定了實踐項目的項目管理需求和項目特點。在研究和論述的同時,本文結(jié)合了工作中的一些實際情況,以實踐項目為對象,設(shè)計并在實踐項目中運用了該管理模式。從人員配置、項目管理工具的使用、溝通三個方向出發(fā),提出了具體的管理手段和管理方法。通過在實踐中的運用情況以及發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,研究和分析了該管理模式的優(yōu)缺點,并針對問題運用創(chuàng)新和績效考核的手段,對管理模式做了進一步的改進與完善。最后,根據(jù)實踐結(jié)果,對離岸軟件開發(fā)項目管理模式的設(shè)計和實踐運用做出了評價與總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of global economic integration, offshore software outsourcing has gradually become a new direction of software industry development. In order to reduce operating costs, enterprises at home and abroad will peel off their non-core business. The operation of non-core business is conducted in the form of outsourcing. The development speed of offshore software development market is faster. The characteristics of offshore software development project make its management more difficult. The application of management mode is an effective means to ensure the project management effect. Therefore, this paper will take the management mode as the object, study its design and implementation in the offshore software development project. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the offshore software development research. And the development of offshore software development at home and abroad. Then from the project management theory, project management tools, communication three aspects of related technical research. On the basis of relevant technical research, a real offshore software development project as a practical project, from the personnel, project management tools. This paper analyzes the project management requirements and project characteristics of offshore software development projects from three aspects of communication, and determines the project management requirements and project characteristics of practical projects at the same time of research and discussion. This paper combines some practical situations in the work, and designs and applies the management model in the practical project. It starts from three directions: staffing, the use of project management tools, and communication. Put forward the specific management means and management methods. Through the application of the situation in practice and found problems, research and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the management model, and the use of innovation and performance appraisal methods to solve the problems. Finally, according to the practical results, the design and application of offshore software development project management model are evaluated and summarized.
