G公司多IT項(xiàng)目開發(fā)下的項(xiàng)目資源配置管理研究

【摘要】:多IT項(xiàng)目開發(fā)下的項(xiàng)目資源配置管理是對(duì)IT公司在同一時(shí)刻范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行的復(fù)數(shù)單位的軟件開發(fā)任務(wù)實(shí)行的綜合管理。這個(gè)管理可以說(shuō)是縱貫項(xiàng)目的整個(gè)生命周期,具體來(lái)說(shuō),即指在公司中同時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)管理多個(gè)需要同一時(shí)間開發(fā)的項(xiàng)目的確定、評(píng)估、規(guī)劃、開發(fā)、控制和掃尾的任務(wù)。多IT項(xiàng)目開發(fā)管理不僅需要執(zhí)行單一項(xiàng)目研發(fā)管理中的要領(lǐng)理論,還得把項(xiàng)目資源配置管理的側(cè)重點(diǎn)由單個(gè)項(xiàng)目的管理轉(zhuǎn)換到復(fù)數(shù)項(xiàng)目之間、復(fù)數(shù)部門之間的協(xié)調(diào)管理中去,從而解決諸如代碼功能重復(fù)書寫、開發(fā)人員同時(shí)介入多個(gè)項(xiàng)目、IT公司項(xiàng)目開發(fā)進(jìn)度延遲等等這樣的疑難雜癥。多IT項(xiàng)目開發(fā)下的項(xiàng)目資源配置管理核心就是更高效率的解決開發(fā)各個(gè)項(xiàng)目時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)各個(gè)部門合理地分配各類資源來(lái)解決資源配置問(wèn)題,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)多項(xiàng)目集群利潤(rùn)最優(yōu)化。項(xiàng)目的資源限制、規(guī)劃安排、項(xiàng)目周期、部門間的協(xié)作安排等問(wèn)題都是影響多項(xiàng)目開發(fā)質(zhì)量進(jìn)度的因子。本研究課題主要研究的內(nèi)容旨在為適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求不斷變化的情況下,IT公司或部門在實(shí)施多項(xiàng)目開發(fā)時(shí),針對(duì)如何解決項(xiàng)目之間的沖突,優(yōu)化資源配置,增強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目之間的信息溝通和共享,優(yōu)化組織效率等方面,用多項(xiàng)目資源配置管理理論作為根基,提出多項(xiàng)目開發(fā)下的資源配置優(yōu)化模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目之間資源的協(xié)調(diào)配置,最后以某軟件研發(fā)中心為具體應(yīng)用背景,對(duì)該研發(fā)中心的某一部門在進(jìn)行多項(xiàng)目開發(fā)時(shí)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)剖析,針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題給出具體的改進(jìn)策略,應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵鏈多項(xiàng)目管理法對(duì)該部門一段時(shí)間內(nèi)的幾個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行資源配置優(yōu)化,收到了良好的效果。本文希望通過(guò)此項(xiàng)研究為廣大軟件公司進(jìn)行多項(xiàng)目資源配置管理時(shí)提供幫助和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The project resource allocation management under the multi-IT project development is the integrated management of the plural unit software development task carried out by the IT company in the same time range. This management can be said to be the whole life of the vertical project. Cycle. Specifically, it refers to the simultaneous management of multiple projects that need to be developed at the same time in the company to identify, evaluate, plan, and develop. Multiple IT project development management not only needs to carry out the essentials theory in single project R & D management. It is also necessary to shift the focus of project resource allocation management from the management of individual projects to the coordination management between plural items and plural departments, so as to solve such problems as code function duplication. Developers are involved in multiple projects at the same time. The core of project resource allocation management under multi-IT project development is to solve the problem more efficiently and coordinate each department to allocate all kinds of resources reasonably when developing each project. Resources to solve the problem of resource allocation. In order to achieve multi-project cluster profit optimization, project resource constraints, planning arrangements, project cycle. Interdepartmental collaboration arrangements are factors that affect the quality progress of multi-project development. The main purpose of this research is to adapt to the changing needs of the market. It companies or departments in the implementation of multi-project development, aiming at how to solve the conflict between projects, optimize the allocation of resources, enhance the communication and sharing of information between projects, optimize organizational efficiency and so on. Based on the theory of multi-project resource allocation management, the optimization model of resource allocation under multi-project development is proposed to realize the coordinated allocation of resources between projects. Finally, a software research and development center is taken as the specific application background. The problems existing in a department of the R & D center during the multi-project development are analyzed in detail, and the specific improvement strategies are given in the light of the existing problems. The key chain multi-project management method is applied to optimize the resource allocation of several projects in the department for a period of time. This paper hopes to provide the help and reference for the software companies to carry out multi-project resource allocation management through this research.
