【摘要】：企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略是指導(dǎo)和決定企業(yè)經(jīng)營發(fā)展全局的重要因素,是企業(yè)在市場競爭中獲得生存與發(fā)展的核心工作。近年來,電信行業(yè)發(fā)展速度逐步趨緩,行業(yè)發(fā)展已到成熟階段后期�；趦�(nèi)外部環(huán)境的變化,中國電信提出戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的目標(biāo),G電信公司是中國電信集團下屬的省級公司,作為西部地區(qū)的主流電信運營商之一,具有一定的代表性。為此,研究G電信公司的核心競爭力和戰(zhàn)略定位,尋求轉(zhuǎn)型對策。在“三網(wǎng)融合”和全業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營的背景下,以期對中國電信持續(xù)推進戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型在省級公司和本地網(wǎng)層面的實施,可提供一定的參考價值。 論文共分六章：第一章為緒論,主要介紹論文研究的背景、方法和意義。第二章對G電信公司內(nèi)部進行分析,主要分析其組織架構(gòu)、市場份額、業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)、盈利情況、人力資源、企業(yè)文化等現(xiàn)狀。第三章對G電信公司所處的外部環(huán)境分析,包括宏觀環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程和趨勢、競爭格局等。第四章對G電信公司進行SWOT分析,確定公司核心競爭力,并基于核心優(yōu)勢確定其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇,即戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)為：建設(shè)成為西部一流的現(xiàn)代綜合信息服務(wù)提供商；在廣西信息化建設(shè)中占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。第五章基于G電信公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇和目標(biāo),從市場發(fā)展、網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展、財務(wù)、組織等四個方面闡述具體的功能策略與保障措施。第六章為論文結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Enterprise strategy is an important factor in guiding and determining business development as a whole, is the enterprise core work for the survival and development of competition in the market. In recent years, the telecommunications industry development speed gradually slowed, the development of the industry has to mature stage. The change of internal and external environment based on the China Telecom proposed strategic transformation goals, G telecom company is China Telecom Group subsidiary company, as one of the western mainstream telecom operators, has certain representativeness. Therefore, the core competitiveness and strategic positioning of G telecom company, seek the countermeasure of the transformation. In the background of "triple play" and the whole business, in order to continue to promote the strategic transformation of China Telecom in the provincial company and the level of implementation of the local network, can provide a certain reference value.
This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, methods and significance. The second chapter analyzes the internal G telecom company, mainly analyzes its organization structure, market share, business structure, profitability, human resources, corporate culture status. The third chapter is the analysis of the of G telecom company the external environment, including macro environment, industry development trend and experiences, such as the pattern of competition. In the fourth chapter, SWOT analysis of G telecom company, determine the company's core competitiveness, and based on the core advantage of its development strategy, the strategic goal is to become the construction of first-class modern integrated information service provider to occupy the dominant position in Guangxi; in the information construction. The fifth chapter is based on the G company development strategy and objectives, from the market development, network development, finance, the four aspects of organization of specific strategies and protection function The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the paper.
