庫爾勒市國稅局電子發(fā)票系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, the construction of the tax informatization of our country has been in the past 30 years. In the past 30 years, the informatization construction of the tax has advanced by leaps and bounds, which has been developed into the wide-area collection, wide-sharing and deep utilization of the data and information, and raised the tax collection and management and the administration management. The decision-making support, the external information utilization, the taxpayer service and so on many changes, pushing the tax cause to stride forward to the modernization, the standardization, the high-efficiency. As an important aspect of the tax information work, the network invoice refers to the use of the Internet technology to provide the taxpayer with an ordinary invoice-use platform, which has completed a series of functions such as the invoice issuing, the cancellation of the invoice, the invoice payment, the checking of the invoice, the automatic collection of information, etc., The management of the tax source is strengthened, and the tax service is strengthened. In this paper, through the design and implementation of the electronic invoice system of the State Tax Bureau of the city of Korla, the software engineering for the development of the Internet is fully implemented. Firstly, the paper describes the related technology used in the development of the system, and expounds the project back developed by the electronic invoice system of the national tax bureau of the city of Korla. In contrast to the traditional software development, especially the systematic software development, the paper discards the traditional summary demand and the detailed requirement definition method, and puts forward the demand point for the Internet feature. In accordance with the software engineering development design principle, the network invoice system is designed from the system architecture and the overall design of the function structure and the database, and the function is shown in the system implementation stage. Finally, the test strategy and its party are described in the testing phase.
