【摘要】：正2016年以來,河北省磁縣堅持穩(wěn)中求進(jìn),"五措并舉"全力打出政府采購"組合拳",不斷推進(jìn)政府采購制度改革,努力實現(xiàn)"陽光采購",為公共財政安全筑起一道堅實的"防火墻"。一是加大宣傳力度,打造政府采購信息平臺。將《磁縣政府采購網(wǎng)》打造成集政府采購政策法規(guī)宣傳、信息公開、辦事指南、知識培訓(xùn)為一體的陽光采購宣傳基地。讓每個行政事業(yè)單位的人員能提前有所了解政府采購政策的變化情況,熟練應(yīng)用政府采購信息化管理操作系統(tǒng),為各行政事業(yè)單位更好地執(zhí)行政府采購的政策規(guī)定及規(guī)范程序奠定扎實的基礎(chǔ)。為全縣
[Abstract]:Since 2016, Cixian County, Hebei Province, has persisted in pursuing progress steadily. "five measures at the same time" have made every effort to play a "combined punch" in government procurement, constantly promoting the reform of the government procurement system, striving to realize "sunshine procurement," and building a solid "firewall" for the safety of public finance. First, increase publicity efforts to create a government procurement information platform. The "Cixian Government Purchasing Network" will be built into a sunny purchasing propaganda base which integrates the publicity of government procurement policies and regulations, the publicity of information, the guidance of work and the training of knowledge. So that the personnel of each administrative institution can understand the changes of government procurement policy in advance, skillfully apply the information management operating system of government procurement, and lay a solid foundation for each administrative institution to better implement the policy provisions and standardized procedures of government procurement.
