【摘要】：本文結(jié)合"營(yíng)改增"的背景,通過(guò)對(duì)深圳"營(yíng)改增"的主要內(nèi)容、相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行研究,全面細(xì)致地分析了"營(yíng)改增"對(duì)深圳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響,充分肯定"營(yíng)改增"對(duì)于調(diào)整地方經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型、優(yōu)化稅制結(jié)構(gòu)、減輕企業(yè)稅負(fù)的推動(dòng)作用。同時(shí)指出"營(yíng)改增"存在的主要問(wèn)題和不足,提出了完善"營(yíng)改增"政策的相關(guān)措施的建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of "camp reform and increase", this paper studies the main contents and relevant data of Shenzhen's "camp reform and increase", and analyzes the influence of "camp reform and increase" on Shenzhen's economic development in a comprehensive and detailed manner. Fully affirm the role of "camp reform and increase" in adjusting the local economic structure, promoting the transformation of the local economy, optimizing the tax system structure and reducing the tax burden of enterprises. At the same time, the main problems and shortcomings of "camp reform and increase" are pointed out, and some suggestions for perfecting the policy of "camp reform and increase" are put forward.
