【摘要】：財(cái)政支農(nóng)資金的投入對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展提供了必要的資金支持,支持"三農(nóng)"政策的落實(shí)更離不開財(cái)政支農(nóng)資金。本文根據(jù)柯布—道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)的理論建立多元線性回歸模型,探究我國(guó)財(cái)政支農(nóng)資金運(yùn)用對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響。文章通過查閱中國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒和財(cái)政部相關(guān)資料,搜集有關(guān)財(cái)政支農(nóng)規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)我國(guó)財(cái)政支農(nóng)規(guī)模進(jìn)行分析,從農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)即農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值的角度研究財(cái)政支農(nóng)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)出增長(zhǎng)的影響及其影響程度,同時(shí)對(duì)財(cái)政支農(nóng)的慣性進(jìn)行滯后效應(yīng)分析,并從財(cái)政支農(nóng)資金運(yùn)用角度提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The investment of financial funds to support agriculture provides necessary financial support for the healthy and stable development of agricultural economy, and the implementation of the policy of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" can not be separated from financial funds for supporting agriculture. Based on the theory of Cobb-Douglas production function, this paper establishes a multiple linear regression model to explore the influence of the use of financial funds to support agriculture on the development of agricultural economy in China. By consulting the statistical yearbook of China and the relevant data of the Ministry of Finance, this paper collects the data on the scale of financial support for agriculture, and analyzes the scale of financial support for agriculture in China. This paper studies the influence and degree of financial support for agriculture on the growth of agricultural economic output from the point of view of agricultural economic index, that is, the gross agricultural product, and analyzes the lag effect of the inertia of financial support for agriculture. And from the perspective of the use of financial funds to support agriculture, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
