【摘要】：論文采用VAR模型對(duì)湖南省1978—2013年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,考察財(cái)政支農(nóng)與城鎮(zhèn)化對(duì)湖南城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響。通過(guò)脈沖響應(yīng)分析和方差分解可知:不管從短期還是中長(zhǎng)期看,湖南財(cái)政支農(nóng)對(duì)縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距起到了積極作用;而從中長(zhǎng)期看,城鎮(zhèn)化對(duì)縮小湖南省城鄉(xiāng)收入差距起負(fù)面影響;另外,城鄉(xiāng)收入差距本身還受前期城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響,具有顯著自我強(qiáng)化效應(yīng)。針對(duì)以上結(jié)論,最后從財(cái)政支農(nóng)和城鎮(zhèn)化推進(jìn)兩個(gè)方面提出了提高農(nóng)民收入、縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper uses VAR model to study the related data of Hunan Province from 1978 to 2013, and investigates the impact of financial support for agriculture and urbanization on the income gap between urban and rural areas of Hunan Province. Through impulse response analysis and variance analysis, we can know: no matter in the short-term or medium-and long-term, Hunan financial support to agriculture plays a positive role in narrowing the urban-rural income gap; In the medium and long term, urbanization has a negative impact on narrowing the urban-rural income gap in Hunan Province; in addition, the urban-rural income gap itself is also affected by the early urban-rural income gap, which has a significant self-reinforcing effect. In view of the above conclusions, finally, from the fiscal support for agriculture and urbanization two aspects to improve farmers' income, reduce the income gap between urban and rural policy recommendations.
