【摘要】：正近年來(lái),我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村發(fā)展取得顯著成績(jī),但是農(nóng)業(yè)資源過(guò)度開(kāi)發(fā)、農(nóng)業(yè)投入品過(guò)量使用、地下水超采以及農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)外源污染相互疊加等帶來(lái)的一系列問(wèn)題日益凸顯,農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展面臨重大挑戰(zhàn)。財(cái)政部在扎實(shí)調(diào)研、認(rèn)真分析、反復(fù)論證的基礎(chǔ)上,提出實(shí)施農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展新戰(zhàn)略,相關(guān)研究成果被吸收到十八屆三中全會(huì)《決定》和2014年、2015年中央1號(hào)文件中。為貫徹落實(shí)中央決策部署,兩年來(lái)中央財(cái)政銳意進(jìn)取、開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新,財(cái)政支持
[Abstract]:In recent years, remarkable achievements have been made in the development of agricultural and rural areas in China, but a series of problems, such as over-exploitation of agricultural resources, excessive use of agricultural inputs, overexploitation of groundwater, and overlapping of agricultural internal and external sources of pollution, have become increasingly prominent. The sustainable development of agriculture faces major challenges. On the basis of solid investigation, careful analysis and repeated argumentation, the Ministry of Finance put forward a new strategy for the sustainable development of agriculture. The relevant research results were absorbed into the decision of the third Plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee and the No. 1 document of the Central Committee in 2014 and 2015. In order to carry out the decision-making and deployment of the central government, the central government has been enterprising, innovative and financially supported in the past two years.
