【摘要】：本文介紹了西方財(cái)政學(xué)在全球的發(fā)展簡(jiǎn)史,特別是其中配置和交易兩大研究范式的形成、其各自的特色、方法論基礎(chǔ)和國(guó)家觀(guān)念。文章還對(duì)當(dāng)前由兩大范式衍生出來(lái)的三種財(cái)政學(xué)進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。本文認(rèn)為,財(cái)政學(xué)研究追求在配置范式下的理論創(chuàng)新固然重要,但超越這一范式,對(duì)財(cái)政學(xué)的性質(zhì)及其發(fā)展方向提出批判性的新認(rèn)識(shí),同樣值得重視。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces a brief history of the development of western finance in the world, especially the formation of the two research paradigms of allocation and transaction, their respective characteristics, the basis of methodology and the concept of the state. The article also explains three kinds of finance which are derived from two paradigms. This paper holds that it is important for financial research to pursue theoretical innovation under the paradigm of allocation, but it is also worth paying attention to transcending this paradigm and putting forward a critical new understanding of the nature of finance and its development direction.
