【摘要】：正巴彥淖爾市杭錦后旗地處內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)西部,南臨黃河,北靠陰山,是國家重要的商品糧生產(chǎn)基地,總?cè)丝?0萬人,其中農(nóng)村人口18萬。近年來,旗政府十分重視農(nóng)村基層文化事業(yè)發(fā)展,不斷加大對鄉(xiāng)村文化事業(yè)的投入,2014年財政投入"十個全覆蓋"、"村級文化陣地建設(shè)"等項目資金908萬元。計劃在2014—2016三年時間內(nèi),對各村實現(xiàn)文化活動場所和設(shè)備的全覆蓋。光影01.過去,農(nóng)民沒有場地進(jìn)行文藝活動,只能在自家院子組織一些娛樂活動。
[Abstract]:Hangjin Houqi is located in the west of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, south of the Yellow River and north of Yinshan Mountain. It is an important commodity grain production base of the country, with a total population of 300000 people, of which the rural population is 180000. In recent years, the flag government has attached great importance to the development of rural grass-roots cultural undertakings, and has continuously increased its investment in rural cultural undertakings. In 2014, the government has invested 9.08 million yuan in projects such as "10 full coverage" and "Village level cultural position construction". Full coverage of cultural venues and facilities in villages is planned for 3-year period 2014-2016. Light and shadow.
