【摘要】：農(nóng)戶對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)補(bǔ)償方式的認(rèn)同度,對(duì)補(bǔ)償實(shí)施效果及補(bǔ)償政策制度的持續(xù)性有直接影響。以海南省16個(gè)自然村為案例的調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:技術(shù)、政策、實(shí)物、現(xiàn)金、項(xiàng)目等多要素結(jié)合的補(bǔ)償是農(nóng)戶接受農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)補(bǔ)償方式的主要偏好。以偏好該方式的農(nóng)戶為對(duì)象,最優(yōu)尺度回歸方法分析表明:家庭規(guī)模、家庭收入來(lái)源、農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)及其功能認(rèn)知度等變量對(duì)農(nóng)戶該選擇傾向有顯著正向影響;而年齡、對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)補(bǔ)償?shù)恼J(rèn)知度則有顯著負(fù)向影響。從獲取綜合化補(bǔ)償績(jī)效的角度出發(fā),加強(qiáng)政策、技術(shù)、知識(shí)、項(xiàng)目等的投入運(yùn)用,利于實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)補(bǔ)償由單一"輸血型"向"造血型"轉(zhuǎn)變。此外,糾正農(nóng)戶對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)補(bǔ)償認(rèn)知偏差問(wèn)題也值得關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:The degree of farmers' approval of the mode of agricultural ecological compensation has a direct impact on the effect of the implementation of the compensation and the sustainability of the compensation policy system. The investigation results of 16 natural villages in Hainan Province show that the compensation of technology, policy, material object, cash, project and other factors is the main preference of farmers to accept agro-ecological compensation. The optimal scale regression analysis showed that the family size, family income source, agro-ecosystem and their functional cognition had significant positive effects on the farmers' preference. However, age has a significant negative effect on the recognition of agro-ecological compensation. From the point of view of obtaining the performance of comprehensive compensation, the investment and application of policy, technology, knowledge and project should be strengthened so as to realize the transformation of agricultural ecological compensation from single transfusion type to blood type making. In addition, correcting farmers' cognitive bias to agricultural ecological compensation is also worthy of attention.
