【摘要】：目的:考察地方財(cái)政衛(wèi)生支出對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的作用。方法:基于2008—2013年我國省級面板數(shù)據(jù),建立空間滯后面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,并與傳統(tǒng)計(jì)量回歸模型進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果:地方財(cái)政衛(wèi)生支出與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長存在正向的空間集聚效應(yīng),地方財(cái)政衛(wèi)生支出不但對本地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有積極的促進(jìn)作用,還對相鄰地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有空間溢出效應(yīng)。結(jié)論:相鄰和具有空間經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)聯(lián)的地區(qū)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)合作,使經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏;政府應(yīng)充分利用地方財(cái)政衛(wèi)生支出的人力資本效應(yīng)和投資乘數(shù)效應(yīng),加大地方財(cái)政衛(wèi)生支出,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定增長。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of local fiscal health expenditure on economic growth. Methods: based on the provincial panel data from 2008 to 2013, the spatial lag panel data model was established and compared with the traditional metrological regression model. Results: there is a positive spatial agglomeration effect between local fiscal health expenditure and economic growth. Local fiscal health expenditure not only has a positive role in promoting local economic growth, but also has spatial spillover effect on the economic growth of neighboring regions. Conclusion: it is necessary to strengthen cooperation between adjacent regions and regions with spatial economic links so as to realize win-win situation. The government should make full use of the human capital effect and the investment multiplier effect of the local fiscal health expenditure to increase the local fiscal health expenditure so as to realize the steady economic growth.
