【摘要】：正《中共中央關于全面深化改革若干重大問題的決定》明確提出,推廣政府購買服務。筆者認為,在具體實施中,應以"六個注重"推進政府購買服務,使政府購買服務真正在加快轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能、建設服務型政府、提高公共服務供給水平和效率、提升國家治理能力等方面發(fā)揮作用。(一)注重明確購買范圍�，F(xiàn)階段,我國處于市場經(jīng)濟體制改革不斷深化和社會發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型時期,公共服務的內(nèi)容和社會力量的承接能力在不斷調(diào)整變化
[Abstract]:The decision of the CPC Central Committee on comprehensively deepening the reform has clearly put forward the promotion of government purchase of services. The author thinks that in the concrete implementation, we should push forward the government purchase service with "six emphases", so that the government purchase service can speed up the transformation of the government function, construct the service-oriented government, and improve the level and efficiency of the public service supply. At the present stage, our country is in the period of deepening the reform of market economy system and social development, and the content of public service and the acceptance ability of social forces are constantly adjusting and changing.
