【摘要】：正9月6日,政協(xié)第十二屆全國(guó)委員會(huì)優(yōu)秀提案和先進(jìn)承辦單位表彰會(huì)在京召開,表彰了240件優(yōu)秀提案和45家先進(jìn)承辦單位。全國(guó)政協(xié)主席俞正聲會(huì)見了獲獎(jiǎng)代表并講話。表彰優(yōu)秀提案和先進(jìn)承辦單位是自七屆全國(guó)政協(xié)以來的傳統(tǒng)做法,每屆政協(xié)表彰一次。行業(yè)第十二屆全國(guó)政協(xié)委員、瑞華會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所合伙人張連起提交的《關(guān)于完善營(yíng)業(yè)稅改增值稅全面落地政策的提案》被評(píng)為政協(xié)第十二屆全國(guó)委員會(huì)優(yōu)秀提案。
[Abstract]:On September 6, the National Committee of the Chinese people's political Consultative Conference held a meeting in Beijing to commend 240 outstanding proposals and 45 advanced contractors. Yu Zhengsheng, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese people's political Consultative Conference, met with the winners and spoke. The recognition of outstanding proposals and advanced units has been the traditional practice since the Seventh CPPCC National Committee. Zhang Lianchi, a member of the 12th National Committee of the CPPCC and partner of Ruihua Accounting firm, submitted a proposal on improving the comprehensive landing policy for business tax reform and value-added tax, which was rated as an excellent proposal of the 12th CPPCC National Committee.
