【摘要】：正加州外號"金山州",是美國經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力最強(qiáng)的州。加州的經(jīng)濟(jì)和財政情況是美國的一個縮影,分析其預(yù)算及存在的問題對于了解美國地方財政有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。減支還是增稅:金融危機(jī)以來的加州財政危機(jī)和預(yù)算博弈長期以來,加州的財政收支一直都是全美最高的。2007年州財政甚至還有41億美元的盈余。而2008年受金融危機(jī)的沖擊,收入銳減,出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的財政赤字,收支矛盾突出。在隨后的預(yù)算博弈中,民主黨和共和黨就如何應(yīng)對財政危機(jī)上存在分歧,在預(yù)算問題上僵持
[Abstract]:California nicknamed "Jinshan State," is the strongest economic state in the United States. California's economic and financial situation is a microcosm of the United States. Analyzing its budget and existing problems is of practical significance to understand the local finances of the United States.
