【摘要】：新古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)認(rèn)為,財(cái)政支出的擴(kuò)張會(huì)擠占私人資源,產(chǎn)生負(fù)財(cái)富效應(yīng),進(jìn)而抑制居民消費(fèi)�；谖⒂^主體的行為變化,本文認(rèn)為財(cái)政擴(kuò)張還可以通過提高居民消費(fèi)的邊際效用,形成消費(fèi)傾斜效應(yīng),增加居民消費(fèi)。通過構(gòu)建動(dòng)態(tài)隨機(jī)一般均衡模型,本文分析了這兩種效應(yīng)的傳遞路徑,并利用中國的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行模擬分析,發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)消費(fèi)者的跨期替代彈性越小,財(cái)政擴(kuò)張的消費(fèi)傾斜效應(yīng)將越大;(2)中國政府支出在短期內(nèi)會(huì)引起居民消費(fèi)的上漲,長期中則會(huì)擠出居民消費(fèi)。出現(xiàn)這種情況的部分原因是:近年來我國居民消費(fèi)的跨期替代彈性大大增加,財(cái)政擴(kuò)張的消費(fèi)傾斜效應(yīng)下降迅速。
[Abstract]:According to the new classical economics , the expansion of fiscal expenditure can occupy private resources , generate negative wealth effect , and then restrain the consumption of residents . Based on the behavior change of microcosmic body , this paper considers that fiscal expansion can also increase consumer consumption . By constructing dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model , this paper analyzes the transmission path of consumption and increases the consumption of residents .
