【摘要】：正2016年12月25日,第十二屆全國人大常委會第二十五次會議表決通過了《中華人民共和國環(huán)境保護(hù)稅法》(以下簡稱《環(huán)境保護(hù)稅法》)。作為我國第一部推進(jìn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的單行稅法,《環(huán)境保護(hù)稅法》將于2018年1月1日起施行。依據(jù)《環(huán)境保護(hù)稅法》,以直接向環(huán)境排放應(yīng)稅污染物的企事業(yè)單位和其他生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營者為納稅人。征
[Abstract]:On December 25, 2016, the 25th meeting of the standing Committee of the Twelfth National people's Congress passed the "Environmental Protection tax Law of the people's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as "the Environmental Protection tax Law"). As the first single tax law to promote the construction of ecological civilization, the Environmental Protection tax Law will come into effect on January 1, 2018.
