【摘要】：正如何加強民生資金監(jiān)管,一直是社會關(guān)注的焦點。湖北省京山縣財政局針對民生資金監(jiān)管難問題,以維護群眾切身利益、提高民生資金使用實效為出發(fā)點,開發(fā)出了一套民生資金電子動態(tài)監(jiān)管系統(tǒng),先后將全縣26個部門73個項目、總額達9.34億元民生資金納入監(jiān)管范圍,實現(xiàn)了對民生資金事前、事中和事后全程動態(tài)監(jiān)管,運行效果受到了社會的廣泛關(guān)注與好評。
[Abstract]:How to strengthen the supervision of people's livelihood funds, has been the focus of social attention. In order to safeguard the vital interests of the masses and improve the effectiveness of the use of people's funds, the Hubei Jingshan County Finance Bureau has developed a set of electronic dynamic supervision system for people's livelihood funds in view of the difficult problem of supervision of people's livelihood funds. With 73 projects of 26 departments in the county, the total amount of 934 million yuan people's livelihood funds was brought into the scope of supervision, and realized the dynamic supervision of people's livelihood funds before, during and after the whole process, and the operation effect was widely concerned and praised by the society.
