【摘要】：自2014年1月1日起,營業(yè)稅改征增值稅范圍擴(kuò)大到鐵路運(yùn)輸行業(yè),這對于2013年剛完成"政企分開"的鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)來說是一個新的挑戰(zhàn)。本文介紹了鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)"營改增"后的征稅范圍及稅率,在分析其面臨的現(xiàn)實問題基礎(chǔ)上,提出了鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)的應(yīng)對措施,從而為"營改增"在鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)更好地實施提供參考。
[Abstract]:Since January 1, 2014, the VAT tax has been extended to the rail transport industry, a new challenge for railway transport companies that have just completed the "separation of government and enterprises" in 2013. This paper introduces the scope of taxation and the tax rate of railway transportation enterprises after "business reform and increase". On the basis of analyzing the practical problems faced by them, the paper puts forward the countermeasures for railway transport enterprises. Thus, it provides a reference for the better implementation of "business reform and increase" in railway transport enterprises.
