【摘要】：正2016年3月,國家稅務(wù)總局為了更好地貫徹落實黨的十八屆四中全會關(guān)于深入推進公職律師隊伍建設(shè)的改革要求,印發(fā)《關(guān)于在全國稅務(wù)系統(tǒng)開展公職律師工作的通知》(稅總發(fā)[2016]40號,以下簡稱《通知》)和《稅務(wù)系統(tǒng)公職律師管理辦法》(以下簡稱《管理辦法》),就深入推進公職律師隊伍建設(shè)提出工作目標、工作安排及組織實施三方面的內(nèi)容�！锻ㄖ泛汀豆芾磙k法》對國稅
