【摘要】：本文主要以信息化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論作為理論基礎(chǔ),以大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+稅務(wù)"的發(fā)展新形態(tài)為技術(shù)導(dǎo)向。從車購(gòu)稅征管風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制和實(shí)現(xiàn)精細(xì)化管理的角度,對(duì)當(dāng)前本市車購(gòu)稅征管工作的現(xiàn)狀、征管工作中存在的問題、加強(qiáng)和完善車購(gòu)稅征管的對(duì)策設(shè)想以及大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的車購(gòu)稅征管改革展望等四個(gè)層面進(jìn)行了闡釋。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly takes the information risk management theory as the theoretical foundation, and takes the new form of "Internet tax" development in the big data era as the technical direction. From the point of view of risk control and fine management of auto purchase tax collection and management, the current situation of auto tax collection and management in this city and the problems existing in the collection and management work are discussed. The countermeasures and ideas of strengthening and perfecting the tax collection and management of automobile purchase and the prospect of the reform in the era of big data are explained.
