【摘要】：正為了貫徹《中華人民共和國政府采購法》及其實施條例,規(guī)范政府采購貨物和服務(wù)招標投標行為,財政部對2004年頒布的《政府采購貨物和服務(wù)招標投標管理辦法》(財政部令第18號,以下簡稱18號令)作了修訂,公布了新的《政府采購貨物和服務(wù)招標投標管理辦法》(財政部令第87號,以下簡稱87號令)。近日,財政部有關(guān)負責(zé)人就相關(guān)問題接受了記者采訪。
