【摘要】：正根據(jù)財政部關(guān)于開展屬地中央預(yù)算單位財政授權(quán)支付資金監(jiān)控試點工作的通知以及《財政部駐各地財政監(jiān)察專員辦事處開展財政國庫業(yè)務(wù)監(jiān)管工作規(guī)程》,遼寧專員辦于2016年7月1日至9月30日,對駐遼寧省(不含大連)中央預(yù)算單位開展了授權(quán)支付資金監(jiān)控試點工作,取得初步成效。按照國庫司工作要求,遼寧專員辦對408家駐遼中央預(yù)算單位零余額賬戶的授權(quán)支付資金支出情況開展了實時監(jiān)控。試點運行期間,對發(fā)現(xiàn)的疑點和違
