After China's WTO accession, it is necessary to set up a strong, stable, and balanced public finance policy in Guangdong province. To reach this aim, the province should set up an advanced fiscal operation mechanism including a fiscal law system, a budget system, a national reserve system, and a new inter government fiscal relationship. By doing so,the public finance policy will function properly and effectively.

加入WTO后 ,要建立穩(wěn)固、均衡、較強的廣東財政 ,就必須建立先進的財政運行機制 ,包括建立先進的財政法規(guī)體系、預算體系、國庫收付體系 ;建立新型的政府間財政關系 ;能動地發(fā)揮財政職能作用。
