【摘要】：新常態(tài)下,更需要合理的財(cái)政政策以加快中國(guó)的轉(zhuǎn)方式、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)程,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展能力、產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)質(zhì)量和效益的提高。本文在研究國(guó)外財(cái)政政策效應(yīng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了國(guó)外學(xué)者對(duì)財(cái)政政策的若干效應(yīng)的主要觀點(diǎn)和客觀論據(jù),以期為未來(lái)中國(guó)"供給側(cè)"改革中的財(cái)政政策實(shí)踐提供歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和方法啟示。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal condition, reasonable fiscal policies are needed to speed up China's transformation, adjust the process of structure, promote the ability of innovation-driven development, industrial competitiveness, and improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth. Based on the empirical analysis of the effects of foreign fiscal policies, this paper summarizes the main viewpoints and objective arguments of foreign scholars on the effects of fiscal policies. In order to provide historical experience and method enlightenment for the practice of fiscal policy in China's supply-side reform in the future.
