【摘要】：本文從國(guó)家治理的概念出發(fā),闡述了國(guó)家治理的歷史淵源及主要特征,分析了古代財(cái)稅在國(guó)家治理的地位和作用,以及發(fā)揮這些作用所采取的財(cái)政措施,并對(duì)當(dāng)前發(fā)揮財(cái)稅在國(guó)家治理中的作用提出了幾點(diǎn)啟示。
[Abstract]:Starting from the concept of national governance, this paper expounds the historical origin and main characteristics of national governance, analyzes the position and role of ancient finance and taxation in the governance of the country, and the fiscal measures taken to bring these functions into full play. And to give play to the function of finance and tax in national administration at present put forward several enlightenment.
