【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的縱深推進(jìn),我國政府采購制度出現(xiàn)了一些與實際不相符的地方。如采購規(guī)模依然較小,采購中的價格扭曲,采購?fù)该鞫炔桓?存在尋租腐敗空間等。因此,需要深化政府采購制度改革,完善法律法規(guī)體系,使政府采購制度更好地服務(wù)于公共支出管理的需要,服務(wù)于推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的需要。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic society and the deepening of economic globalization, the government procurement system has appeared in some places which are not consistent with the actual situation. Such as the purchase scale is still small, the price in the purchase is distorted, the transparency of the purchase is not high and the rent-seeking corruption exists. Therefore, the reform of the government procurement system should be deepened and the system of laws and regulations should be deepened. To make the government procurement system better serve the needs of public expenditure management and serve the needs of promoting economic and social development.
