【摘要】：自政府采購法實(shí)施以來,工程類政府采購項目存在的諸多問題日趨凸顯。本文主要針對我國公共工程的政府采購問題進(jìn)行研究。文章首先對公共工程政府采購的典型特征及具體功能進(jìn)行簡要闡述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,指出存在于我國公共工程政府采購中的典型問題。最后,提出若干促進(jìn)我國公共工程政府采購健康、長遠(yuǎn)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的相關(guān)對策。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the Law on Government Procurement, many problems in government procurement projects of engineering type have become increasingly prominent. This paper focuses on the government procurement of public works in China. Firstly, the typical features and specific functions of government procurement of public works are briefly described in this paper. On this basis, this paper points out the typical problems in government procurement of public works in China. Finally, some countermeasures to promote the healthy, long-term and sustainable development of government procurement of public works in China are put forward.
