【摘要】：技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要手段,考慮到內(nèi)在生產(chǎn)成本和外部創(chuàng)新補(bǔ)貼方式的重要性,以企業(yè)產(chǎn)品具有可替代性和生產(chǎn)成本具有差異性為前提,分析政府補(bǔ)貼方式對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新模型選擇的影響.模型解析和數(shù)值仿真結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)政府創(chuàng)新投入補(bǔ)貼或者創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品補(bǔ)貼的水平較低時(shí),成本優(yōu)勢(shì)企業(yè)群體和成本劣勢(shì)企業(yè)群體都會(huì)向選擇漸進(jìn)式創(chuàng)新模式方向演化,而創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品補(bǔ)貼方式對(duì)演化速度的影響更為明顯;當(dāng)政府創(chuàng)新投入補(bǔ)貼或者創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品補(bǔ)貼的水平較高時(shí),兩類(lèi)補(bǔ)貼方式對(duì)兩類(lèi)企業(yè)群體選擇創(chuàng)新模式的演化方向有不同影響,創(chuàng)新投入補(bǔ)貼會(huì)使兩類(lèi)企業(yè)群體都向選擇突破式創(chuàng)新模式方向演化;創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品補(bǔ)貼不能有效引導(dǎo)企業(yè)選擇突破式創(chuàng)新模式,當(dāng)補(bǔ)貼水平較高時(shí),兩類(lèi)企業(yè)群體向漸進(jìn)式創(chuàng)新模式方向演化的速度較慢.加大創(chuàng)新補(bǔ)貼力度,優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新補(bǔ)貼結(jié)構(gòu),建立創(chuàng)新補(bǔ)貼長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制能夠使創(chuàng)新補(bǔ)貼成為有效的創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)措施.
[Abstract]:Technological innovation is an important means for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage. Considering the importance of internal production cost and external innovation subsidy, the premise is that the enterprise product is substitutable and the production cost is different. This paper analyzes the influence of government subsidy on the choice of enterprise innovation model. The results of model analysis and numerical simulation show that when the level of government innovation input subsidy or innovation product subsidy is low, the cost advantage enterprise group and the cost inferior enterprise group will both evolve towards the direction of choosing the gradual innovation mode. When the level of government innovation investment subsidy or innovation product subsidy is high, the two types of subsidies have different effects on the evolution direction of the two types of enterprise groups to choose the innovation model. Innovation input subsidy will make both groups of enterprises evolve towards the direction of choosing breakthrough innovation mode, and innovation product subsidy can not effectively guide enterprises to choose breakthrough innovation model, when the subsidy level is high, the innovation product subsidy can not effectively guide enterprises to choose breakthrough innovation model. The speed of evolution from two groups of enterprises to progressive innovation mode is slow. Increasing innovation subsidy, optimizing innovation subsidy structure and establishing long-term mechanism of innovation subsidy can make innovation subsidy become effective innovation incentive measure.
