【摘要】：正財政部發(fā)出《關于加快推進地方政府非稅收入收繳電子化管理工作的通知》,要求地方各級財政部門積極創(chuàng)造條件,精心安排部署,加快推進收繳電子化管理工作,爭取2017年省級全部啟動實施,2018年地市級財政部門逐步開展,"十三五"期間全面實現(xiàn)政府非稅收入收繳電子化管理。為規(guī)范收繳行為,解決現(xiàn)有繳款渠道條塊分割等問題,《通知》公布了統(tǒng)一的政府非稅收入執(zhí)收項目識別碼、繳款識別碼以及收繳電子化管理接口報文規(guī)范(2017),供各級財政部門、代理銀行系統(tǒng)開發(fā)使用。
