【摘要】：隨著可持續(xù)發(fā)展和低碳經(jīng)濟等理念被提出來,建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村要發(fā)展農(nóng)村新能源。沼氣作為一種投資小、見效快的特殊清潔能源現(xiàn)在得到廣泛利用。文章以湖北省孝感市沼氣建設(shè)為例,探討了政府資金投入影響孝感市農(nóng)村地區(qū)沼氣技術(shù)推廣和低碳用能,建議加大中央和地方財政投入、政府激活農(nóng)村新能源"以錢養(yǎng)事"機制、廣泛動員社會資金以及促進農(nóng)民增收。
[Abstract]:With the concept of sustainable development and low-carbon economy being put forward, it is necessary to develop new rural energy for building a new socialist countryside. The special clean energy with quick effect has been widely used. Taking the construction of biogas in Xiaogan city of Hubei province as an example, the paper discusses the influence of government funds on the popularization of biogas technology and low carbon use energy in rural areas of Xiaogan city. It is suggested that the central and local financial input should be increased, the government should activate the mechanism of "keeping things by money" in rural areas, mobilize social funds extensively and promote the increase of farmers' income.
