【摘要】：正一、稅收助力地方供給側(cè)改革的實踐探索武漢作為我國重要的工業(yè)基地、全國科技創(chuàng)新園區(qū)、長江經(jīng)濟帶中游節(jié)點城市,正處在城市轉(zhuǎn)型升級、推進供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的關(guān)鍵時期。"十二五"時期,武漢市經(jīng)濟總量躍上萬億元臺階,這主要得益于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷調(diào)整和完善。這其中,稅收在地方供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用。(一)全力實施增值稅轉(zhuǎn)型和擴圍,全面減輕企業(yè)稅收負擔
[Abstract]:Wuhan, as an important industrial base in China, a national science and technology innovation park, and a city in the middle reaches of the Yangtze economic belt are in the process of urban transformation and upgrading. The key period for promoting supply-side structural reform. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the total economic volume of Wuhan jumped to the trillion yuan level, which was mainly due to the continuous adjustment and improvement of the industrial structure. Among these, Tax has played an important role in the local supply-side structural reform. (1) fully implement the transformation and expansion of value-added tax, and reduce the tax burden of enterprises in an all-round way.
