【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐漸發(fā)展,云南省地區(qū)為了滿足國家財(cái)政支出的需求,稅收也在逐年的增加。為了實(shí)時(shí)的對稅源資金進(jìn)行管理,避免偷稅、漏稅等現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,云南省決定設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)勞務(wù)稅與所得稅數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控分析體系,分別從稅務(wù)征收的決策、執(zhí)行、繳納等方面對稅源進(jìn)行管理,正確處理企業(yè)、國家與個(gè)人之間的關(guān)系。數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控分析系統(tǒng)采用當(dāng)前最為流行的B/S結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),采用Windows操作系統(tǒng),利用Java語言對系統(tǒng)的基本代碼進(jìn)行編寫,在與客戶端進(jìn)行信息交互時(shí),采用Tomcat服務(wù)器。系統(tǒng)采用J2EE架構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),其中用到的框架技術(shù)有Hibernate 和 Struts等,對數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),采用的是SQL SERVER 2012數(shù)據(jù)庫。在系統(tǒng)功能頁面中,采用UI進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)中包含的模塊有收入分析模塊、稅源管理模塊、數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控模塊、戶籍情況管理模塊、匯算清繳管理模塊。收入分析模塊中實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有流轉(zhuǎn)稅收入分析、減免稅分析、收入完成情況分析、收入增減情況查詢、收入規(guī)模統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢;稅源管理模塊中實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有稅負(fù)管理、稅負(fù)認(rèn)定情況、稅源分類管理;數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控模塊中實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有增值稅監(jiān)控、固定資產(chǎn)抵扣、增值稅采集;戶籍情況管理模塊中實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有開業(yè)戶籍查詢、歷史戶籍查詢;匯算清繳管理模塊中實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有跨稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)管理、跨年度數(shù)據(jù)管理、減免稅管理、分類分級管理、專項(xiàng)指標(biāo)監(jiān)控管理。數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控分析系統(tǒng)投入使用后,將會(huì)依法對稅源流程進(jìn)行調(diào)控,從而促進(jìn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,保障企業(yè)以及個(gè)人的合法利益。此外,該系統(tǒng)的投入使用還能夠有效的環(huán)節(jié)國稅局相關(guān)員工的工作壓力,提高對稅務(wù)監(jiān)管的效率。
[Abstract]:Along with the economic development, Yunnan province area in order to meet the needs of national fiscal expenditure, tax is also increasing year by year. In order to real-time management of the sources of funds to avoid tax evasion, the occurrence of such phenomena, the design and implementation of service tax and income tax data monitoring and analysis system of Yunnan province decided, respectively from the tax levy decision pay, execution, and other aspects of management of tax source, correctly handle the relationship between the state and the individual enterprise. The system uses the most popular B/S structure design of data monitoring and analysis, using the Windows operating system, the basic code of the system using Java language, to exchange information with the client, the Tomcat server the system uses J2EE architecture. The system design, the framework technology used in Hibernate and Struts, the database design, is used in SQL SERVER 2012. The database in the system function page, designed by UI. The system module includes income tax source management module, analysis module, monitoring module, household registration management module, management module Huisuanqingjiao. Revenue analysis module to achieve the functions of circulation tax analysis, tax analysis, revenue analysis income query, query statistics and sources of income scale; management module has the function of tax management, tax identification, tax classification management; data monitoring module has the function of monitoring the value-added tax, fixed assets deduction, value-added tax collection; household registration management module to achieve the function of a business registration query, history of household registration realize query; settlement management module has the function of tax authorities across the multi-year data management, data management, tax management, classification management, Special indicators monitoring management. Data monitoring system is put into use after the analysis, according to the law will be to regulate the tax process, so as to promote the economic and social development, protect the legitimate interests of enterprises and individuals. In addition, the use of the system also can effectively link the IRS staff working pressure, improve the efficiency of tax regulation.
