【摘要】:基于中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的區(qū)域差異,利用2004年~2015年地級(jí)市面板數(shù)據(jù)探討地方官員特征及相應(yīng)的晉升激勵(lì)對(duì)地方教育支出的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),不同區(qū)域的地方官員對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)亟逃С鲂袨闀?huì)產(chǎn)生不同的影響,官員晉升激勵(lì)并未對(duì)教育支出形成顯著的消極作用:在東部地區(qū),年齡、任期和性別等官員特征對(duì)教育支出的影響較為顯著;在東北地區(qū),市級(jí)官員的某些特征呈現(xiàn)了與東部不同的影響關(guān)系;而在中西部地區(qū),地方官員對(duì)教育支出的影響相對(duì)較小。
[Abstract]:Based on the regional differences of China's economic and social development, this paper discusses the influence of the characteristics of local officials and the corresponding promotion incentives on the local education expenditure by using the prefecture-level city panel data from 2004 to 2015. Local officials in different regions have different effects on the behavior of local education expenditure, and promotion incentives do not have a significant negative effect on education expenditure: in the eastern region, age, The influence of official characteristics such as tenure and gender on education expenditure is more significant; in Northeast China, some characteristics of city officials show different influence relationship with the east; but in the central and western regions, the influence of local officials on education expenditure is relatively small.
