【摘要】：我國促進城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的財政政策中存在諸多問題。隨著深化改革的全面推進,我國的新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)也呈現(xiàn)出許多階段性特征,如大規(guī)模流動人口、各級政府財政責(zé)任劃分、地方債務(wù)等,對財政政策提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。對此,本文提出相應(yīng)的對策建議,以形成促進新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)"輸血"與"造血"良性互動的的財政政策支持體系。
[Abstract]:There are many problems in China's fiscal policy to promote the construction of urbanization. With the deepening of the overall reform, the construction of new urbanization in our country also presents many stage characteristics, such as large-scale floating population, the division of fiscal responsibility at all levels of government. The local debt puts forward a new challenge to the fiscal policy. In this paper, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to form a sound fiscal policy support system to promote the construction of new urbanization "blood transfusion" and "hematopoiesis".
