【摘要】：越來越高的利率市場化導(dǎo)致我國現(xiàn)行的儲(chǔ)蓄國債固定化利率定價(jià)機(jī)制的弊端不斷凸顯,造成國債吸引力下降,為此首先對利率市場化同儲(chǔ)蓄國債關(guān)系有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行回顧,并對市場化的利率給儲(chǔ)蓄國債帶來負(fù)面影響予以剖析,進(jìn)而借助于協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)、Granger因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)實(shí)證分析利率與儲(chǔ)蓄國債發(fā)行利率之間的關(guān)系,提出在我國儲(chǔ)蓄國債定價(jià)機(jī)制更為適用。
[Abstract]:The higher and higher interest rate marketization leads to the malpractice of the current fixed interest rate pricing mechanism of our country's savings treasury bonds, which causes the decline of the attraction of national debt. For this reason, first of all, we review the relevant literature on the relationship between the interest rate marketization and the savings bonds. It also analyzes the negative impact of market-oriented interest rate on savings bonds, and then analyzes the relationship between interest rate and issuing interest rate by Granger causality test with the help of co-integration test. It is suggested that the pricing mechanism of savings bonds is more suitable in China.
