【摘要】：本文選擇2011~2014年度中央部門為觀測(cè)樣本,研究了媒體報(bào)道對(duì)中央部門決算信息披露質(zhì)量的影響。本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)媒體報(bào)道能夠提升政府決算信息披露質(zhì)量,包括正面新聞報(bào)道、中性新聞報(bào)道和負(fù)面新聞報(bào)道;(2)中性新聞報(bào)道對(duì)信息披露的提升作用容易受到政府審計(jì)的調(diào)節(jié)作用,即媒體的信息中介功能需要政府審計(jì)的介入才能發(fā)揮作用。
[Abstract]:This paper chooses 2011~2014 central departments as the observation sample, study the effect of media reports on the accounts of central government departments and the quality of information disclosure. This study found that: (1) media can improve the quality of the final accounts of the government information disclosure, including positive news, neutral news and negative news report; (2) neutral news reports are vulnerable to adjust the role of government audit to enhance the role of information disclosure, the media information intermediary function needed to play the role of government audit.
