【摘要】：當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)金融資金已作為新型生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體重要的融資渠道,但面臨巨大的供需缺口,通過財(cái)政手段緩解農(nóng)業(yè)融資供需矛盾意義重大�；趪�(guó)內(nèi)外的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)近幾年新出現(xiàn)的財(cái)政撬動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)融資創(chuàng)新模式從存在形式、適應(yīng)條件、存在問題等幾方面進(jìn)行了分析�；谏鲜鲅芯拷Y(jié)果,提出政府在制度建設(shè)和財(cái)政支持是主導(dǎo)力量,各種財(cái)政撬動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)融資形式應(yīng)區(qū)別使用。
[Abstract]:At present, the agricultural finance fund has become an important financing channel for the new production and management body, but facing the huge gap between supply and demand, it is of great significance to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of agricultural financing by means of financial means. This paper analyzes the innovative mode of agricultural financing that has emerged in recent years from the aspects of existing forms, adaptive conditions, existing problems and so on. Based on the above research results, the paper points out that the government is the leading force in the system construction and financial support. All kinds of fiscal leverage agricultural financing forms should be used differently.
