【摘要】：本文系統(tǒng)總結(jié)十多年來湖南省衡陽市財政監(jiān)督機構(gòu)隊伍建設(shè)取得的成效和主要經(jīng)驗,認(rèn)真分析當(dāng)前財政監(jiān)督機構(gòu)隊伍建設(shè)面臨的問題及產(chǎn)生問題的主要原因,從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)必須高度重視、健全財政監(jiān)督機構(gòu)和狠抓干部隊伍建設(shè)三個方面提出解決問題對策。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically summarizes the achievements and main experiences of the construction of the financial supervision organization team in Hengyang City, Hunan Province in the past ten years, and analyzes the problems faced by the current financial supervision organization team construction and the main reasons for the problems. The countermeasures are put forward from the following three aspects: leaders must attach great importance to it, financial supervision institutions should be perfected and cadres should be built.
