【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)、云會(huì)計(jì)、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等技術(shù)的應(yīng)用為重慶海事局財(cái)務(wù)云平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建提供了良好的技術(shù)環(huán)境,也對(duì)其收支管理內(nèi)部控制產(chǎn)生了較大的影響。在分析重慶海事局收支管理內(nèi)部控制現(xiàn)狀及其存在的未與金蝶K3賬務(wù)處理系統(tǒng)對(duì)接導(dǎo)致控制流程不完善、票據(jù)識(shí)別控制體系不完善、原始票據(jù)管理控制方式單一等問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合《行政事業(yè)單位內(nèi)部控制規(guī)范(試行)》,從對(duì)接金蝶K3賬務(wù)處理系統(tǒng)、票據(jù)識(shí)別控制體系、原始票據(jù)管理控制方式、財(cái)務(wù)云大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)應(yīng)用等方面提出了財(cái)務(wù)云平臺(tái)的收支內(nèi)部控制流程優(yōu)化建議與改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:The application of big data, cloud accounting, mobile Internet and other technologies has provided a good technical environment for the construction of the financial cloud platform of Chongqing Maritime Bureau. It also has a great influence on the internal control of its revenue and expenditure management. In the analysis of the present situation of the internal control of revenue and expenditure management of Chongqing Marine Bureau and the existence of not docking with Kingdee K3 account handling system, the control process is not perfect. On the basis of imperfect bill identification control system and single management and control mode of original bill, combined with the Internal Control Standard of Administrative Institution (trial), the paper starts from the docking of Kingdee K3 account processing system, bill identification control system, and so on. In the aspects of management and control mode of original bill, application of financial cloud big data technology, and so on, the paper puts forward some suggestions and improvement measures for optimizing internal control flow of revenue and expenditure of financial cloud platform.
