【摘要】：在國內(nèi)政策效果評估領(lǐng)域,基于自然實驗的雙重差分法是應(yīng)用最廣的研究工具,并在近年呈現(xiàn)加速發(fā)展的趨勢。但通過歸納雙重差分法的基本應(yīng)用條件與國內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)部分研究出現(xiàn)了內(nèi)生性、控制組受影響、樣本異質(zhì)性等問題。其中尤以內(nèi)生性問題較為嚴(yán)重,甚至使部分研究產(chǎn)生了一定的缺陷,所謂的自然實驗往往難以成立。本文根據(jù)實驗理論與相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),對國內(nèi)主要研究成果進(jìn)行分類與評述,并針對所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題提出改良辦法。
[Abstract]:In the field of domestic policy effectiveness assessment, the dual difference method based on natural experiments is the most widely used research tool. And in recent years, the trend of accelerated development. But through the induction of the basic application conditions of the dual difference method and the current situation of domestic research, this paper found that part of the study appeared endogenous, control group was affected. Sample heterogeneity and other problems, especially the problem of endogenesis is more serious, even some of the research has some defects, the so-called natural experiments are often difficult to hold. This paper based on the experimental theory and related theoretical basis. The main research results in China are classified and reviewed, and the improvement methods are put forward for the problems found.
