【摘要】：河北省環(huán)繞北京,每年一方面需要投入大量人力、物力、財力,維護首都安全穩(wěn)定,特別是每次重大活動承辦前一段時間,都需要對大批企業(yè)進行臨時性關(guān)停或限產(chǎn),導(dǎo)致河北省安保成本日益上升的同時,還要面對財政收入減少的困難。本文測算了首都舉辦重大活動給河北帶來的直接和間接財政影響,并據(jù)此提出了相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Hebei Province around Beijing, on the one hand need to invest a lot of human, material and financial resources, to maintain the security and stability of the capital, especially each major event held some time ago. The need for a large number of enterprises to temporarily shut down or limit production, resulting in increasing security costs in Hebei Province at the same time. This paper estimates the direct and indirect financial impact of the major activities held in the capital city of Hebei Province and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions.
