【摘要】：社區(qū)是社會(huì)的基礎(chǔ),是社會(huì)管理的重要陣地。黨的十七屆四中全會(huì)以來,各地加強(qiáng)了城市社區(qū)建設(shè),開展了以體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新為動(dòng)力,以加強(qiáng)社團(tuán)組織和社區(qū)工作者隊(duì)伍建設(shè)為基礎(chǔ),以滿足社區(qū)居民日益增長的物質(zhì)文化需要為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)的城市社區(qū)建設(shè),出現(xiàn)了一批"設(shè)施完備、服務(wù)優(yōu)良、環(huán)境宜人、社團(tuán)活躍、管理創(chuàng)新"城市社區(qū)。但是,近年來各地在大力加強(qiáng)城市社區(qū)管理,取得成績和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí)也存在著困難和問題,必須認(rèn)真研究、分析和解決。
[Abstract]:Since the fourth Plenary session of the 17 CPC Central Committee, all localities have strengthened the construction of urban communities and carried out institutional and mechanical innovations as the driving force. On the basis of strengthening the construction of community organizations and community workers, and taking meeting the increasing material and cultural needs of community residents as the starting point and foothold, a number of "well-established facilities, excellent service and pleasant environment" have emerged. The community is active and the management is innovative ". However, in recent years, while strengthening the management of the urban community, there are still some difficulties and problems, which must be seriously studied, analyzed and solved.
